BG Commercial offer “Agency Services” to Surveying Practices and Corporate Organisations where there is either a skills gap; a need to cover an employees absence or a temporary need for “another pair of hands”.
Arrangements can be tailored to suit individual organisations however the basic principle is that BG Commercial would undertake commercial surveying work as self employed “Consultants” on a project by project basis and on either a fixed fee; fee share or on an hourly rate accounted monthly. Confidentiality is guaranteed and all work would be undertaken as a consultant of the instructing organisation and accompanied by an undertaking not to seek or secure work directly from any client introduced to BG Commercial.
The benefits of using a self-employed Consultant are obvious allowing you to offer continued client service during periods of staff absence; the ability to provide services that you currently do not have the skills to cover; and to deal with peaks in work load all without any fixed overheads.
